Sustainable fashion experts discuss how to improve collective contribution to ethical fashion
and create socially responsible fashion choices 
for the benefit of all.

Eco Fashion Industry Forum (Panel Discussion)
Panelists: Sandra Hanns, SFSFWI Founder; Scott Leonard, Indigenous; Christina Johnson, Presidio Graduate School, Moderator; Susan Cann, Producer, Unacceptable Levels; Gary Barker, Ditto Hangers. Experts share the issues facing the fashion industry focusing upon social and environmental responsibility. The event aims to inspire and inform the public around fashion and sustainability for the health of future generations.

Locally Grown Knitwear/Non-toxic Textile & Fabric Cleaning
Monica Paz Soldan from Tiny Textile, Representing Fibershed; Julie Mo of Press On Cleaners in San Mateo speaking about wet-cleaning, a non-toxic alternative to dry cleaning.

Social & Networking Opportunity (outside Koret Auditorium)

Where Do Your Clothes Go2? (Panel Discussion)
Panelists: Connie Ulasewicz, Ph.D., San Francisco State University, Co-Author Sustainable Fashion: What’s Next; Gail Baugh, President, PeopleWear SF; Chrissy Kaufman, Production Manager, Dare Fashion. It is estimated that every hour, San Franciscans send 4,500 pounds of textiles to landfill. Come find out what happens to your discarded or donated clothes and be part of the solution.

Shorts about the Fashion Industry and Screening of award-winning chemicals documentary, Unacceptable Levels (76 min.)
